I wouldn't refer this woman to ANYONE. She's rude, keeps you waiting 1/2 hour at a time like only HER time is important. Uploaded documents and heard NOTHING for well over a month, then tells us we didn't send all that was needed. Then she disappears again for another 2 weeks, only to tell us MORE documentation is needed. MANY forms filled out by her had multiple errors. We almost went to the hearing without a whole folder because they forgot to give it to us, luckily my wife caught it as we went out the door. Ignorant woman couldn't even come out the day we signed off and picked up my wife's green card, totally RUDE.

Was quite disappointed as she knew before I came as to why I came so feel we wasted a $100 fee as she didn't tell us anything we didn't know already .No solution was given at all , very disappointed and we feel we wasted an afternoon and our money . They led us to believe that they could help also took a lot of our personal info on their computer which we were not happy about and took forever to pay as had to log into their computer and e sign just to make the payment . Would most definitely not recommend this firm .
