Andy and Lucy were awesome! They are both responsive and effective! I called them the day of my accident, and was taken care of immediately! They had me in the right hands medically the next morning and saw me through every step of the healing process, which took over 8 months! Plus they aggressively negotiated back and forth with the insurance adjuster to our satisfaction! I would of probably received a 10th of what they secured in claims and been stuck paying huge medical bills out of pocket had I not contacted them! I'm now pain-free, clear of all medical bills, and back to normal life again! What a relief! I thank God for Andy and Lucy! Good job!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

This law firm is horrible I was in an accident in a friends car and my friend got her case solved and they never got my case solved. They had me doing there work trying to reach out the the state trooper to get things done. Then when I would call to get answers on my case Lucy was never available I spoke to the operator more then I spoke with her. 8 months after my friend got paid for her case I fired this law firm and hired David Jimenez not only did I get my case settled he was always keeping me in the loop with my case and when I called I always spoke to him never had to leave a message and when he was in court he called me back right away even texted me. I will never use this firm and I will stay with my new lawyer.

these guys are the pitts...real con men...beware..they had my case for 18months and jerked me around and around, then the attorney who was working my case left the firm and i was never told about it ... they kept taking messages for him i wondered why none of my calls were ever returned..i went down there and learned my designated lawyer was gone and they would not tell me where he went and did not know anything about my case.. i managed to get my papers back from them by telling i was going to report them...i went to a real attorney who was competent and got $65,000 for my accident within 3 months...

Very good about communication with clients....I referred my mom and her best friend to the firm for their accident and they couldn't be happier with the outcome.

At the time of this writing...my case is new. Another driver turned across the front of my company vehicle, as a result both vehicles were totalled, I was injured as was the driver who was at fault. My employer at the time cared nothing about me...didn't even send me to get looked at...not even a drug screen. Immediately presented with documents though to "sign off" that I was okay. Made it impossible for me to make medical appointments and harassed me for retaining counsel. A year later one night at 1145pm I was awake very agitated thinking about case. I called Trial Pro and spoke to a human at that hour who politely took details, next morning Mr. William's esq. Reviewed my case in heavy detail and explained that my present atty. had allowed too much time to elapse and would be settling for a fraction of what it should be. He is correct. 5 stars despite not even handling my case. They did pick up the comp portion. Juan was stellar in getting details, I look forward to being represented by Mike Davis.
