The staff is friendly and knowledgeable... My go to for assistance with legal documents...

NOT pleased with the service. Placed about 5 calls with no callback, finally had to go in to the office. They were supposed to mail something for us of some urgency with delivery confirmation and they never did. Kept saying she was busy, I paid, therefore my service was one of the things she should have been busy with, it was not a favor it was a paid service. plus their letterhead just says "Stop Paying Lawyer Fees" which has a cheap "Better Call Saul" vibe to it. "A paralegal is a person with education, training, or work experience who works under the direction and supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible." I'm not sure he's a paralegal. Anyway, spend the extra and see a real lawyer, I have, they call back and email promptly and have the real scoop. Wish I could say -0 stars.

Oh my I had a typo, and you have misspelling! Point is you didn't do what we paid you for and you said you would do; you never mailed the letter, much less with delivery confirmation. You do advertise yourself as a paralegal in the yellow pages and this is your google ad: Alicia Irizarry-A I Paralegal Associates 1155 S Volusia Ave Suite 103, Orange City, FL. You don't return calls which is not just one person's complaint, read the other reviews. We're done with you. We resolved our situation using a real lawyer, and will not recommend you at all.

This place does not deserve 1 star! Bad attitude and rude as hell. Waited forever for a call back and that never happened. Called again and was told they never received any messages, likely excuse. Save yourself the aggravation and find a real business to help you.

Very professional !

I got my divorce finalized in 2014, however 7 months earlier, Alicia picked up the pieces to my struggle of completing the paper on my own. She listened to my needs and wants and completed my paperwork in a VERY FAST, EFFICIENT and ON POINT manner. I highly, highly, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND Alicia Irizarry for you divorce!!!!!

Called to seek professional services was not helpful

This is not phony I did call and the person I spoke to was rude and dismisive and wouldnt even offer an appointment to discuss my problem. I went to a different paralegal for help that day.

Bankruptcy is not easy, but is possible to do with Alicia's help. She was great. She walked me thru all of the steps, and the six months it takes to complete. She even gave me emotional support, free of charge, when I thought it was not going the way I expected. And, in the end, everything came out perfect! The whole experience help renew my trust in the courts.
