My wife and I hired John to represent us in a very delicate matter that involved both business and family. We had previously hired someone else from Miami to represent us and all that they did was take $3,500 in the blink of an eye and did nothing but write 2 letters. I had a horrible experience, very rude!!!

After reaching out to Mr. Samaan in regards to a legal issue with our small business I was hopeful he would be able to help. Initially, he was prompt and courteous. Assuring me he would have the matter resolved quickly , we paid the (substantial) retainer. Then nothing. No follow up, no communication on their end whatsoever. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email to get information I was left with nothing. Weeks later I got a phone call stating our issue was not something he would be able to handle because of the intricacies. Our situation was on a tight schedule and we were forced to hire another firm. They were able to resolve the problem with minimal effort within 72 hours. Clearly I should have gone with them first. I inquired about getting a refund on the retainer and immediately got a response telling me it was a legally binding agreement and would NOT be receiving a refund. He was able to answer that faster than any of my other inquiries. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
