Very professional and respectful of my situation. I felt that they did everything they could to get me satisfaction. On the downside, my resolution took a long time - but I think that is just the industry, not a reflection on P & M. I consider these guys to be my Go-To legal resprentatives going into the future. I was involved in a motorcycle accident someone with no license pulled out in front of me and the insurance said I was 75 percent at fault and I was not at all at fault.
