Johnny Hellenbolt was referred to me as a good attorney to handle an estate in probate for my mother who died intestate. He did not show for our initial interview and instead sent a paralegeal who was not updated on the conversation i already had with him. When I asked why he threatened to sever me. My appointment was with him, not an unlicensed attorney. I requested information to be obtained so i could start managing my mothers afairs. He dragged his feet on that as well as filing my documents. When i was asked, for the third time for my email after providing it to his assistant, by another assistant I questioned what was being done and I was severed as a client immediately via text by Hellenbolt. This was the worst representation I have ever had and I come from four generations of Tucson attorneys and have had several cases of my own. Zero communication and client skills. In Tucson if you reach a level of refereal because you socialize it seems professionals do not care about the work they do. I would never refer anyone to this firm. The arrogance of someone who practices in the Foothills to a community that is basically self or under employed is sad.
