Mr. Miller's retainer was $3750.00, which I paid. We shared only a couple of phone calls (one of which I had to repeat myself four times, which only ran up the billable hours) and one short 15 minute meeting in his office. No litigation or any other action took place, yet he charged me $1,900.00 of my $3,750.00 retainer!!!
I strongly recommend that if you are seeking a competent and affordable attorney, do NOT go to Mr. Miller! I was basically overcharged for nothing!!!

Mr. Miller is committed to the perfection of his craft and it showed after I hired him. He represented me in a family law matter that went to trial. Every step of the way, he pushed me for information that would give us the best possible advantage throughout the process. The trial could not have gone better from my perspective. He was far better prepared than opposing counsel. Within a matter of 2 weeks, he put me in front of a judge who ordered a normal custody arrangement where before my ex had denied any overnight stays or other normal custody and my alimony payments were lowered by $900 per month once the judge made an initial ruling. One example of his commitment to obtaining the best possible outcome at trial was during a lunch break at trial.
