Mr Floyd was very patient with me and my questions. He explained everything and I was able to understand what I needed to do for my issues. He was very nice.

I'm unable to review his legal services, as I was unable to hire him. Weeks of follow up calls and emails after our initial consultation (which also took some doing to make happen), and no response. His poor assistant must be sick of hearing from me, and, I would not doubt, others who just cannot get him engaged.
