Find a different attorney. After being paid a retainer it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get a return phone call or for him to answer an email. Luis Cuellar does not keep appointments and his ineptitude concerning legal filings cost me the rights to my son. He did however return all of my lawyer fees to avoid a lawsuit.
