I was trying to take care of a traffic citation that went to warrant and the firm said they called the Sherrifs dept. to determine a course of action. That was come to jail so it looked liked you didn't voluntarily appear in warrant court. I have voluntarily appeared to traffic citations on warrant and not been arrested. The problem with that is your case is usually lost so why I called this form. They know if you are out of jail you have the negotiating leverage so they try to trick you into getting into a situation you are at wanting out of.
