Renee is amazing (as is her paralegal) I hired Renee for some custody/child support issues that I have had for eight years. She dove right in and filed the appropriate papers needed to get the ball rolling. I love how Renee is realistic with outcomes (she isn’t going to tell you something that will likely not happen just to get more money out of you). I truly felt at all times that Renee had mine and my children’s best interest in mind. In the court room (or hearing officers) she is a hard charger who won’t “roll over” for the other side. She stands her ground and lets it be known where her client stands. She also knew my case, she wasn’t frantically going over my case on the day of court (this has happened to me before). Renee was AWESOME with my divorce!!!! She picked up where my previous lawyer fell asleep and corrected alot of paperwork that had been filled out incorrectly. She and her office staff, Lauren, both kept me informed the entire time throughout the process. Renee even hand walked my forms to the courthouse to make things move quicker through the system, just to make me happy. I was in a rush to get closure and move on with my life and Renee made it happen with lightening speed. I feel like my money was well spent! Beware! Swanson is a lying, unscrupulous individuals who is known for defrauding her clients out of money! Horrible experience, thousands of wasted dollars (most of which she stole with fraudulent billing) and ZERO result!
