I hired Mr. Radziewicz a little over a year ago for my criminal defense attorney. While my circumstance was complicated and not the most ideal situation to be in, Mr. Radziewicz took a genuine interest in my case and spent more time working with me than I anticipated.

He responded to every email and he answered or returned every call. I never felt that he lost interest of my case nor did He ever seem agitated with my obsessive questions about my case. Mr. Radziewicz was always professional and never misled me.

The verdict turned out the best that it could and he was by my side the entire time. Right down to the end of my probation. He worked hard for me and I know he would do the same for anyone who walks into his office.

John Radziewicz and Crescent City Law handled my case when I got a speeding ticket during a business trip to NOLA in August 2018. This was a big ticket and I was handling it from New Jersey, not a good situation. Not only did they get my ticket dismissed and spare me having to fly in for a court appearance, John got on the phone with me and answered my questions and was generally a complete professional. Their fee is minimal for the peace of mind and service they provide. Crescent City Law gets my highest recommendation. You won't go wrong with them.

I am from out of state and was visiting NOLA for the weekend. Was looking for a good representation for the ticket as I had no clue about the state laws. John Radziewicz. I had gotten into an accident in Metarie, and was trying to get all of the necessary documents together to try and contest the tickets I had received. Dealing with the insurance company was difficult. Trying to navigate the traffic court system, also difficult and incredibly stressful as I was anticipating a situation where I would not only have to deal with exorbitant fines but also having a record that would impact the cost of my insurance premium in the future. Without hesitation, John was there to help, at the drop of a hat. And because of his expertise and his familiarity with the court system, not only was he able to get one of my tickets dismissed, he was able to get the second reduced to a mere parking violation with all fees waived. It was an important lesson as to why it's so important to hire an attorney to handle any legal matters. And more specifically, that John was the exact attorney to fit the bill. He was patient, knowledgeable and has the skills to back it up. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, John.

Outstanding services, very helpful. When I submit my ticket on the website, he called me right after to hear my case. I didn’t even have to go to his office, we communicated via email, and I paid online. I wanted to take care of my tickets and get license straight before moving out of state. He expedited the process so that I could a license before moving: 3 charges reduces to non moving violation, not reported on my drivers license, and ticket’s price reduced by hundreds. I came down with my now fiancé to get engaged in the beautiful French quarter, unfortunately we went a little too hard on bourbon street. Needless to say I ended up with two tickets but I was not able to stay in New Orleans and take care of it. As I was sitting in the courthouse nervous, I approached an attorney and asked him if he was willing to help me, without any hesitation he stood in front of the court and asked for a continuance. We walked to his office across the street from the courthouse (very convenient) and came up with a game plan while I was back at home. I had court today and I just got news this morning my case was DISMISSED!!!

John is very professional. I was distraught over a minor case, as is the norm considering us civilians have limited knowledge of the law.
