Mr Toale, and his staff are absolutely amazing! As someone who isn't very familiar with the legal system, when I had a matter that required an attorney, I started my search. After spending days getting recommendations, web searches, and reading reviews, I found Mr. Toales website. Throughly studying all the information about him, and his services, I made the call. We had an in office meeting, and fortunately for me, he agreed to take me on as a client. He, and his staff, were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was always prompt in the court proceedings, and on top of the situation at all times. I cant thank Mr. Toal and his staff enough for all that they did for me. I can't say enough on how great the attorney was in defending my daughter. They went the extra mile answering questions etc. If it wasn't for Kara I do not know what the outcome would have been. But because of her my daughter who was facing a lot of time, was represented in an excellent manner and got time served with probation. Kara, also went out of her way to showing that she really cared about her clients. Kara Larson took my case and I am so grateful that she did. She not only filed the motions needed, had the courage to argue the civil rights aspect of the case even though it was a controversial and distasteful demonstration to some, but she also explained my rights to me and her strategy every step of the way. Having never been arrested before I was very intimidated by my situation but Kara Larson put me at ease and ultimately got my case dismissed. Robert Toale is an unbelievable trial attorney. He has represented me and numerous employees and friends over the past 30 years for different types of cases. He only does criminal defense now but we begged him last year to represent us when we were sued by an employee. He spent hours preparing our witnesses for trial. We know he cared about us and he has a strong drive to win. He anticipated the other side’s every move. He was worth every penny we paid him and we won last month. The judge threw out the case and we paid nothing. He was amazing in court, the way he asked the other side’s witnesses questions and objected to the other lawyer’s questions. He made them look like the liars they were. He has always treated me and everyone I know fairly. We hired him about five years after he graduated from law school to collect bad debts for us and we call him whenever we need a lawyer. He and his office have always been friendly, available and very competent. His associate Kara has been available to us when Robert was not available. She was also a great aid during the trial.
