I got a ticket for running a red light when I had not. I had a dashcam. I gave the footage showing I had crossed the white line prior to the light turning red. I suppose since it was a long intersection it wasn't completely thrown out. Instead it was talked down to a moving violation. I understand this and why...but since it wasn't completely thrown out I feel like if stuck in the same situation I'll just contest it myself and/ or pay the fine. Although they're a really good law firm I feel like it was a waste of money. I don't contest tickets unless I know I'm innocent. If not I would just pay the fine. Still a really good law firm. Probably just the city.

Please do a favor to yourself and look for an attorney elsewhere. This business has the look of a Ferrari but once the hood is popped you realize that the engine is missing. Hard to get in touch with and missed one of my court dates that fortunately I was present at. Mr. Bloom seemed like he was focused on other things and even after expressing my concerns and wants he still put me in front of the DA to accept a plea deal and acted shocked when I refused to do so. I immediately hired a different attorney at that point.
Mr. Bloom is a nice man and probably very talented in his profession. I hope that he brings those talents to better use for you then he did for me.
