Incompetence is the only word to describe these people gave them my address 3x and still never received notices to updated address ..then was dropped due to mis communication and horrible staff .I don't recommend anyone to use them was ignored for almost 3 years same time go elsewhere!

If i could give 0 Stars i would, ive been waiting on my daughters settlement since 2014, and still havent recieved. Ive been so very patient and just get the run around that They are waiting to hear back from insurance all the time for 4 years now, this is pain and suffering as well, the very long waiting game, my daughters file is on the 4th person now still with no results, i dont usually make bad reviews but this is just absurd and unprofesstional.. As long as this has taken They should reduce the fee thats comíng out of her settlement, they no longer call to give updates like They use to during treatment. I have to call and follow up, and still get no results, this has been the biggest headache and dont wish it on my worst enemy. I dont recommend grab and durando to nobody. Run away as fast as you can!!

Veterens beware, this office will NOT work hard for you. You will be ignored and the staff will blame the VA for their own incompetence. I got check up calls while I was seeking treatment but once the lawyers job started, I went many many months without hearing a thing. When I would call, the paralegal would tell me "the VA hasn't returned the info we asked for". After several months of hearing nothing again, I called and they acting like they did not even remember they were working a case for me. This was an easy case, woman ran a stop sign an hit me on my bicycle. Robert Grabb finally contacted me and admitted his employee that was handling my case was fired, and that they would make it up to me. Of course that did not happen, and I continued to deal with his sassy paralegal employees who treated me like I was a moron for asking questions. I haven't seen the lawyer in the 2 years this has been going on. Just phone calls from sassy employees who make you feel like you are burden.

If you ever needed attorney Grabb and Durango are very very hard-working attorney. Look them up if you need to

Worst representation! I had underinsured and non-insured insurance through my insurance company who refused to pay out and these guy's dropped me as they're client when I refused to take a $500 settlement that I would only get $100. Now I owe Geico for court costs and lawyer's fees.

I was praying Grab & Durando would be the highly rated Lawyers that I trusted they would be when I trusted my case with them...I LITERALLY NEVER GOT ANY HELP for months...not a phone call or letter to let me know ANYTHING THE WHOLE TIME....even after begging them for help, my pain...im still suffering...AND FOR MONTHS I'D GET RANDOM RARE check ups (it wasn't ever a LAWYER mind u..but his ASSISTANTS)and they would APOLOGIZE profusely, then tell me they would call me back with more status updates but NOPE NEVER HAPPENED! I was injured in a dog bite accident less than a year ago. Grabb & Durando worked with me 'till the end and I was real pleased with my settlement. I have to say it sure was nice not to have to deal with insurance companies! I owe them at the very least - this review. :-)

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. My case was turned down by the receptionist. I used their web page on a Sunday night to state a case of a dog bite inflicted upon my wife and dog by a foster dog about 10 days prior with injuries requiring a trip to the ER for my wife (with surgery) and an overnight stay at the Vet for my dog who was within an inch of her life. I called between work events the following Tuesday asking the status of my request for consultation and they didn't know anything about it. The receptionist asked what it was about and I gave her a brief version of the events. She puts me on hold and comes back on the phone to tell me they will not take the case. I have no problem with a refusal to do business with me, but I do have a problem not talking with someone I perceive to be qualified to consider my request. That is poor business etiquette, plain and simple.

Fair and honest. There were some issues that arose between the firm and I which led to my dissatisfaction.. On a positive note, I do give credit Mr. Grabb as he acknowledged these issues and made things right. I would recommend the firm to anyone looking for fair and honest injury lawyers

These lawyers are the exception - clear, direct, speak english and do not promise the moon. In our case they doubled our settlement just by putting in one form to the insurance company.
