The Cosenza Law Firm handled my case in a child support hearing where the family court system was not taking in account the shared custody of my children when determining support. My Consenza came to court with documentation and also Case law to support my claim. His preparation and expertise forced a redetermination of support and won my appeal. Update: Mr Cosenza handled first my child support case and afterwards handled my property separation case with my ex-wife. We had a marital property that was toxic and needed to be separated. Would recommend to anyone. He is easy, fast, and willing to explain how and what he is going to be doing for you. Avoid! Unpleasant to talk to -- deeply insulting, INAPPROPRIATE condescending jokes and etc. He charges several hundreds an hour, but treats a client without respect and seems to think that it's okay to covertly work against the client if he thinks that "that's what he deserved."
