We cannot say enough about how wonderful Paula and the staff are at Bertuccini Family Law. Last year we sought a second parent adoption for my wife of our daughter. Paula, Jewel and Karen were extremely supportive and a joy to work with. They helped to make what was already a joyous occasion that much better. We regret choosing this firm.
Costed twice as much as was quoted over the phone after we got in there for consultation.
No flat rate, as many other attorneys do, for the simplest, easiest divorce. Ate up complete retainer billing by the minute for every single small detail.  Paula is like the untouchable leaving her staff to all communications.  The paralegal seems very inexperienced but carries a "know it all" attitude.  There was no diligence and getting our matter resolved.  Many mistakes made in filing with the court resulting in prolonged inconvenience for all concerned, as well as using up entire retainer, before getting this divorce accomplished.  Unprofessional mistakes alone costed us several months overdue for a filing that was very simple.  Her staff even sent an email out with Paula's entire Client List, so much for privacy! 
I would be more than happy to explain many more problems and why I would never recommend this firm!  Mainly because of paralegals attitude and inexperience, there seems to be no professional code of conduct.  Was very stressful depending on this firm for what I know should have been very simple! There was more emphasis on the billing/invoice process then the actual "work" we contracted for. Paula did finish up our contract "on her nickel" because of her staffs mistakes. She is a nice person.

Mrs. Bertuccini is a very professional and caring attorney. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services.
