I was hung up on multiple times because the woman on the line could not understand what I was asking and when I called the direct line they put me on hold for..... Well I hung up after 11 minutes. All I had was a question. I can see why they have a 1.5 rating. They should have a zero rating.

I met my lawyer in person 20 minutes before my hearing. No surprise, got denied benefits. He then suggested I lose all the time I had already accumulated and reapply instead of filing an appeal. Then they dropped me. Thanks for nothing.

I would give zero stars if that was available. After 3 years with this firm, my claim was denied and they refused to go any further. I’m a veteran who’s back was broken 30 years ago and at 45 years old, my bone density is that of that of a 100+ y/o woman due to a complete hysterectomy at 21. I don’t believe they even requested my medical records. Wasted 3 years of my life. Trudy Rushforth was my attorney. She never, not even once, called me. This office never once called me. I found myself calling them every time I heard from SS and I was informing them of what was happening with my case. Beyond worthless.
