Brian did an exemplary job on my case regarding being hit from behind while I was at a red light. It was a 3 day trial. He'd subpoenaed my three doctors that treated me for a severe neck injury over 3 years. Great "power point" presentation. However the jury completely ignored judge glass's orders not to deliberate on what the lawyers said, but only on the evidence. The defense lawyers were blatant liars and the jury swallowed all of their lies like etoufeé. They deliberated for what seemed like all of 2 1/2 minutes. I wanted to do the closing argument. As great as Brian was preparing for the trial ... sadly he dropped the ball at closing. Overall, I'd highly recommend Mr. Colomb. 4 3/4 ☆'s
