I would highly recommend this law office. I finally found people who care about their clients, (not an easy task these days). I worked for this firm for several years until I moved. They worked a case for a family member. Here is what I liked about this law firm. First more than one attorney is involved in the cases. During the lunch hour the firm paid for our lunch so we spent time meeting on cases. They wanted there clients to have good medical treatment so they worked with qualified specialist to get the right test and treatment.

There is no voice mail. Rather than settling a case without pushing the insurance companies they would file lawsuits where most law firms don't. This is important as the insurance companies know who will stand up to them and who want. This happened in my family members case. When the litigation department in the firm filed a lawsuit after a low offer the case then settled for policy limits.

They had a saying that if you followed there instructions you would win. If you didn't you would have a problem case. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot about injury law.

This was the third accident I had and the most serious. I was hit by a large semi truck and the company that owned the truck tried to blame me. Two other law firms would not even talk to me. I had a friend recommend Rick McGuire because he had a background not only handling large accident cases but he has been a truck driver, aircraft mechanic, rancher, and owned a large tire and service center before he became an attorney. They put an investigator on the case along with two legal assistants who always talked to me and took care of my medical. I had two attorneys responsible for the case and they filed a lawsuit. I had knee surgery which they help me get. We won and we won big time. Thanks Kami, Toni, Haleigh and Don.

They have represented me and my mother in several severe injury cases. My mother was injured when she tripped on a piece of concrete while walking at night in an unlit housing complex. She ended up losing her leg. Two firms would not even talk to her as they said she was at fault.She called in after hours to the McGuire firm and Mr. McGuire personally call her back. The filed a lawsuit and worked her case for almost two years while the insurance company and the apartment management company fought back blaming my mother. We had constant communication and help from the firm. Don Caspary the investigator worked with as as did several attorneys in the firm. It it had not been for their background working these types of caes we would have had nothing. I also had a auto accident with a driver with no license. Allstate said he was not given permission to drive the vehicle. Etta at the McGuire firm filed a lawsuit and low and behold the driver was the brother of the car owner. They claimed it was stolen. Yes these guys are good.

The McGuire law firm is a great combination of professional and caring. They promptly got me the medical help I needed. And when it was time to settle the case they worked to reduce the medical bills to increase the settlement. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend.

I was in an accident in October, i had a lot of pain in my neck & back but i thought it was normal from a wreck. After my sister talked me into calling a lawyer i ended up hiring Mr. McGuire, his staff instantly set me up to see some of the top doctors in the area, turns out i had a herniated disc that i wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for them getting me checked out. Not only did i get the surgery & treatment needed to have my back fixed they fought until the insurance paid for it in my settlement. If you're on the fence about it call them i don't know what i would have done if i wouldn't have called i couldn't imagine finding a way to pay for my surgery or having to live with that pain.

THE WORSE, UNETHICAL, THIEF, DISHONEST, LIER....ETC
YOU WANT TO FINISH WITH YOUR CASE, BUT YOU HAVE TO START ANOTHER ONE AFTER HE TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY, CHECK BEFORE THE LAW BAR ASSOCIATION. HERE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION... HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS LICENSE.

UPDATE: I was threaten by Rick to delete my review or I won’t receive my $400ish check. Worst experience ever but I guess this was a lesson learned. Btw I eventually received the check.

Still waiting for my check which, isn’t equivalent to the amount I was lead to believe I would get. I will however, update my rating once that come in.. what I can say is the people in the office seemed to be very helpful over the phone. As, the months have past I’m starting to think I have been scammed and might need a lawyer to get my money from Rick. Personally, I would not refer rick McGuire to anyone but as I stated above “once my check come in” if that ever happens I WILL update.
