Don’t do it. Trust me, find a different lawyer. They do not work hard for you. They work hard for the prosecution while pretending to work for you. Everything I took to them to help with the defense they took straight to the prosecution so they could argue against it. The prosecution took 3 days to present their case, Ryan Gertz took 45 minutes. The only benefit of hiring them is you will be able to appeal with the just cause of ineffective assistance of counsel. Their clients are on death row and serving life sentences. Making a lot of money while losing has become old hat for them. Trust me, find someone else.
