When we caught on that he wasn't doing ANYTHING, we immediately hired a new lawyer and he took action THAT DAY. Our new lawyer scheduled an appointment with the judge on the same day that we hired him! We were in better hands with our new lawyer and felt safe in one day more than we ever did in one month of being represented by Mr. Benavides. DO NOT waste your money on this man!
