Lori and her staff were excellent. I have no constructive feedback. The entire process of creating our will took two weeks from start to finish. After the initial phone call to move forward on our wills, we talked once on the phone to answer questions. We received review copies of the wills, POA, medical POA, medical directives, etc. in plenty of time to review and provide feedback - there was none. We then met to complete the documents.
