First and foremost I would like to say Vivan was the most attentive attorney I had ever used for my accident situations. Every accident I had ever been in was at the fault of the other driver so dealing with their insurances always seem to drag out longer than it needed to.

The moment I called Vivian about my accident she consulted everything I needed to do and proceeded to request every piece of Intel from me she may have needed to help my case. She made the saying "I am only just a phone call away", true when working with her.

There were multiple times I had to leave town for business travel and during these times the other person's insurance (the insurance of the person that hit me) wasn't working well with the collision center I had chosen.. Luckily, I expressed my concerns to Vivan and she called both the insurance and the collision center to straight things out!

FYI, if the person at fault has Geico as their insurance agent please just take your vehicle a collision center to where it was made. Example: Toyota cars to Toyota Collision Center. Long story short, Geico only authorizes the collision centers to purchase repair parts from certain vendors, so if you chose a small mom and pop shop Geico will make it very hard on them..As I mentioned earlier I was lucky to have Vivan on my side.

I got into a bad car accident February 2015 and the person that hit me had ACCC insurance. Possibly one of the worst insurance to deal with. Luckily Vivian helped me every step of the way and kept me posted about the status of my claim even though their insurance dragged out the claim for 2 years. Very terrible attorney. I regret hiring her. She always had to go back to read her law book because she could not remember, imagine trial. Very limited in everything she does. I took the word of a friend and hire her but paying her big mkney to represbt me I was stuck of firing her.

She could not even send me paper work and email on time.

I could not tell you a good thing about her. I bet she is a great person but that is not need it in a court of law.

Also everytime in court, she goes and ask questions around just to get to get something done. Makes her look really bad.
