had a simple question on who was responsible for a powerline going across a piece of property that the energy company did not have a easment for. insisted that I bring my deed and paperwork to tell me if it was worth taking the time to go to court.

I'm capable of determining whether or not the power company has a easment to my property. I dont need to pay a lawyer to tell me that.
