Avoid this place! An honorable company would treat vendor employees with the same respect that you would treat your clients. Short story.... the owner used humiliation antics to resolve an issue with our manager. He placed her on speaker phone and had his entire staff yelling at her..... Long story.... This company called us to rekey a high secuity commercial lock that was old and damaged. It was difficult to take the lock apart and for liability reasons we did not want to damage anything so the maintenance man at the building came and took the lock off himself further damaging the already damaged lock. We let them know that due to the damage we would need to replace the lock. We left to pick up parts for the job. When we came back with the parts the owner said he no longer wanted the service because he didn't like the price quoted. He asked us to put the lock back on for free. We told him it would be impossible to put everything back together due to the damage and because we had already began the job he would need to pay us a service fee for our time (a mandatory practice in the service industry). The owner proceeded to blow up our office phone talking down to our staff and yelling. He was blaming us for his damaged lock when in fact he was really upset at the price quoted. Please see the review he left on our google. We left with this shady company paying $0 for our technician's time and humiliating our manager by having his staff yell at her on speaker phone. An honorable company would have tried to find a professional resolution rather than using chauvinistic antics. Go elsewhere.
