I contacted this attorney after calling about 7 others who where giving me different answers to my back tax issue I owe the IRs $18,000 it’s been more than 3 years since I filed there personal income taxes I had read that if you met 3 conditions they could be discharged in a chapter 7 Bankruptcy out of the 7 1 other than this firm told me it could all the others wanted me to do chapter 13 repayment or some kind of tax settlement. But this firm was the only one to site case law and informed me that unfortunately since I filed late there was a case law under McCoy that would not allow it to be discharged but that there it could be administrative dissolved because the Irs would allow it but they could change there mind unfortunately I’m in Dallas and they don’t practice here however I thank him so much for pointing me in the right direction and not wasting my money and time with lawyers that where just trying to get me to do chapter 13. Encause they make more money doing so these guys know what there doing spent 15 plus minutes with me on the phone after 6 pm educating me even after I told him I lived in Dallas anyone this honest and you can tell passionate about law would do this and they did that’s how I know there good people he recommended a couple firms I’m not sure if I will continue and take the chance but if yours was not late and you reside in Houston and have a federal personal income tax older than 3 years and filed it on time this firm is a good decision to help you dissolve that debt.

I contacted Mr Weber for assistance on bankruptcy proceedings from a creditor standpoint, as we had issues collecting over-due payment on a property that we sold and provided owner-financing to the buyer. The buyer stopped making payments on the property and as we moved towards foreclosure proceedings, the buyer filed bankruptcy to halt the foreclosure. As courts tend to favor debtors over creditors, we relied on Mr Weber's knowledge and experience with the court systems to build a strong case against he debtor. Rather than wait years for the debtor to pay via bankruptcy court decision, he was able to negotiate a deal with the debtor to pay the overdue debt in full. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Weber to anyone.

I had the same exact experience that a person on this page had a year ago, I'm explaining to him the situation from the start of the conversation he sounded very uninterested in the case. I'm trying to get something settled, were I'm not able to have any communication with the other lawyer so I basically want to switch. I gave him my information, he stated I had another case tried to explain to him it's no way possible because the way the lawyer did it I didn't pay her anything we did the consultation and when she spoke to the other party he wanted to do an agreement with just me no bankruptcy. So that's what I was trying to explain to him before he had this very rude attitude, and of course when someone is rude with you of course at some point your just going to say forget it and flip out when your money is being wasted along with your time. I say try searching for another lawyer before calling him.

Mr. Weber helped us through our Chapter 13 case. He was very helpful and thorough. Our mortgage company improperly raised our mortgage payments while the case was pending. He took action to stop the mortgage payments from being raised. At the end of the case, the mortgage company claimed that we still owed them money that was advanced to pay our property taxes. Mr. Weber successfully handled this issue and made sure that our mortgage was completely current on the date the case ended. I highly recommend Mr. Weber and Weber Law Firm.

I'm only giving this one star because I can't give it 0 stars apparently. I called to see if my case could be taken or looked over and whoever was on the phone was reluctant, sounded sleepy, uninterested, unconcerned, couldn't wait to get off the phone, and tried even to encourage me to go to another firm. I understand people have bad days or whatever but I being in customer service myself and having to stick it out and leave personal problems or issues outside of the work place for one will take no excuses for crappy service whatsoever. They need to get it together. Terrible Experience will never consider them again.
