Wonderful attorney works hard for his clients does a great job is fair and honest

So far our experience with Mr. Dopkin has been excellent. I'm not sure about the negative reviews on here. All I know is that they are not the same treatment we received.

I spent the entire morning calling attorneys who claim to handle social security disability cases and some of these lawyers didnt even handle disability cases. Most of them were so rude or their staff was so rude. Most of the staff didnt listen to my story or could even answer my questions about disability & they are supposed to be the experts! when i called this office, the young lady that answered the phone was very polite, she let me explain my situation AND my disability.She seemed to be very busy but she never rushed me or tried to get rid of me, she was actually there to help me.She took the time to explain the process, explain how the lawyer would help with this process. She gave me alot of information that would help me from the beginning till the time that the lawyer would be able to take over the case. i could never even get that kind of help from the social security office. when i spoke to the lawyer, he was also patient and very helpful! He took the case, he was great & won my cousins case. If you want to be informed about the whole process and understand whats happening with your case at all times, call this office.

David was instrumental in assisting my son in his case. I cannot thank him enough for the kindness he showed in addition to his professionalism. He always answered my calls and emails in a prompt manner and explained everything as many times as we needed since it's such an overwhelming thing to have to deal with. I highly recommend him. Don't be fooled by the small office, they are good at what they do!

The receptionist on the phone is extremely rude and she told me that the lawyer is no longer interested in Social Security Matters. This is how it went.

I called, a lady picked up and asked me in a rude manner "what do you want?". I politely informed her that I was referred to David Dopkin and that is he the best in what I am looking to do. She asked "what do you want to do??" I said "I am looking for Social Security..." before I could finish she said "He is not interested" *Hung Up*. The worst experince I have had with any lawyer.

No need to call this person, he needs to train his staff first. Then he needs to figure out what his law office actually does.

ONLY REASON IM GIVING HIM 3 STARTS IS CAUSE HE IS GOOD HE DO WRITE BACK IN TIME MATTERS, CALLS YOU FOR UPDATE ETC, BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY BEENFITS YET IM GETTING READY TO GO SEE A ALJ JUDGE SOON, HE'S GOO DWITH INFO BUT UNTIL I GET MY BENEFITS THEN IT WILL BE ALL 5 STARTS BUT DOTN GET ME WRONG HE IS GOOD AND HELPFUL.

its been 2 years since i wrote that review so now im so excitred to say DAVID DOPKINS IS THE SHITTTTT lol. he got me approved for my check i was so scared at first and now it is approved and im so thankful for this stressful 2 years of waiting ....DONT GIVE UP WHOEVER READ THIS BECUASE IT WILL PAY OFF AT THE END....i was homeless, kicked out on the streets, house to house and everything but now he helped me and God helped me too so now i can live my life to the fullest.

He helped my husband and my husband was awarded his disability. However after he received his money he did not continue to help. My husband still has not received benefits for our children and Mr. Dobkin refuses to answer emails or call. Per social security information was forwarded to our attorney to have the benefits for our children to be processed and he has ignored paperwork and not gotten in contact with us. Social security tells us "our attorney" needs to call but he seems to MIA. I would not recommend if you are expecting anyone attorney to follow through until the end.

I called this law firm today to get assistance with my appeal for a disability claim and the white girl that took my information was sooo rude and disrespectful to me. Her tone was very unpleasant and she hung the phone up in my face while I was still talking. I dont know much about the law firm itself but I decided to go elsewhere because of this young ladys bad attitude. Smh

He is very patient and a great attorney

Mr. Dopkin was very nice and kind. I have a major problem with my memory and he was very professional, patient, and helpful. He let me know a time estimate and what to expect next. Everything turned out exactly how he told me it would. I wish I would of started with him in the beginning. I have referred people to him and will continue to do so. The lady who worked with him was also very nice and professional.

He is an excellent lawyer I highly recommend him.

This firm is the best I received by benefits in no time they went straight in there and got my benefits.I strongly recommend the dopkin law firm they do work fast !!!
