Hands down one of the best attorneys in Houston.

I am actually surprised by the other reviews and wonder if the positive reviews are false as well. I was referred by Legalshield (pre-paid legal). During the consultation, I was told to send documents to Mr. Fong and that he would follow up with the embassy and other local lawyers. He assured me that this was included in the consultation fee. However, after the consultation, he had done neither. He even stopped responding to my e-mails when I asked for the status of what he said he would do during the consultation. The "consultation" was definitely not worth the fee. I received better service and true consultation from another lawyer who suggested that I file a writ of mandamus. However, she had not done any before. Thus, the reason why I came to this office, only to be told to continue with the legal advice that I was previously given (which had a consultation fee of a fifth of this price).

Mr. Gary Ilagan is an excellent, detailed lawyer. He has extensive knowledge on immigration law. He worked on my case based on EB3 visa upto Naturalization process. He always was on top of stuff. Mr. Ilagan always reached out promptly and alerted me on progress. I would recommend him anytime to any person seeking counsel. Great immigration lawyer!

I have used this firm in the past. That's why I am giving a three star review.
During my first experience in 2014 they worked great and promptly on my case. Recently, I contacted them for a consultation and paid a consultation fee. The lawyer I spoke with didn't know how to approach my case and told me he was going to call me back. Three months later, here I am still waiting for him to call me. I understand if they don't want to take my case, however, I believe it is unacceptable to pay for a consultation fee and receive no answer whatsoever.
