Awful communication experience. I strongly not recommend to contact this office. I filed my lawsuit with this company on November 19, the case was accepted by an assistant of attorney and it seemed to me that everything would be fine. But after a week, she stopped responding to my messages. I called the company, I was told that they would call back, but they did not. Then I wrote to Rick Plezia and received a reply from him a week later that the assistant had gone on leave long ago and no one was involved in my lawsuit. He said that he would transfer the case to another assistant, and a week later I received a refusal from him to take up my lawsuit due to the fact that 6 months remain to the Statute of Limitation. When I wrote to them that I filed my lawsuit 8.5 months before the Statute and it is not my problem that no one was engaged in my lawsuit, he replied that he could not do anything and had to refuse me. As a result, I lost 2.5 months with them, although I could already find another lawyer during that time. Very unprofessional behavior.

Can never get in touch with my case manager this office has had my case 2 years I'm filling a petition to withdraw them would not recommend using them at all very unprofessional

I have an IVC filter that was put in me June 2011. I did a CT scan this July and was told that I have a case and it was supposed to have been filed with the courts. I have not heard ANYTHING from my case worker as of this date. She did tell me it would be several years to get my case resolved. I am 72 years old I am not sure I have several years left. A monthly update would ease my mind at least I would know this firm is working on my behalf.

This firm is NO good. They DO NOT return phone calls. They will NOT allow you to speak with a Lawyer to inform them of the incompetent people they have working for them. The people working in this office give false information after false information. I have done more work on my case than the office worker working on my case and even then I was informed that I did not know how many times that I MYSELF had been in operating room . The Lawyer his self is NEVER in the office. I guess the golf coarse and his yacht is more important than overseeing that the ones working for him are doing their jobs. I am not happy or pleased with any of the service that has been done with this firm what so ever. I would suggest anyone to look for another firm unless you want lazy people that DO NOT know what they are doing and to be given false information on a regular basis. I have lost my home and my car because on several occasions by more than one person I was informed I could get 2 Not 1 but 2 different settlement advancements. So either the person lied to me over and over or they just inform you things to get you so they get your money in the long run

Karla has told me lie after lie . Always sats she waitin on an answer from someone or something. Said she'd have case filed yesterday..called today still not filed.im Guessing it will be 5 more years before she gets her head out of her ass and gets my case done is what im thinking. Also seems like she woyld get case finished so i would quit calling. But if the little girl stopped lying to me everytime i called i believe things would go better..i think she needs a new job because she obviously cant handel this one or shes just a straight up liar and was never taught to be honest.

Shame I didn’t get a chance to speak to an attorney. Was hung up on by operator before I even had a chance. Seems like the rudest people are lawyers sometimes. I know if somebody had questions about my trade, I would be much more respectful to educate inquiries from curious people. Just another rude attorney firm that doesn’t value customers. Please find another firm. Many attorneys out there that care to listen.
