Can't thank the staff enough! Have been in a bind on more than 1 occasion and every time they have gone above and beyond and been able to resolve the situations in my favor. They are extremely knowledgeable and instead of just explaining the laws in regards to what happened, they instead were trying to think creatively on how we could get charges completely dismissed (no other lawyer mentioned even the thought of having my case dismissed). They were able to relay outcomes and answer my tons of questions, and give me realistic optimism. When reviewing my situation with multiple lawyers, because it was quite complicated, I chose in favor of them because of this and the fact that they were able to answer in the middle of the night for advise, and then again gave me a full run down consultation before hiring them on. I was not disappointed at all. During the process the original offer was not something I believed was what I would accept, I explained the situation again and Vicky ultimately was able to get it done. Everything was completely dismissed in the end, every time without me even having to appear in a courtroom ! The staff are professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I found the Nolan Law Firm in a google search the morning I got out of jail for a DUI. Todd met with me that same day. After I told him my side of the story, he looked at me square in the eyes and said we have a case. He and his staff immediately put me at ease and took care of everything. Long story short, my charges were reduced and no DUI on my record. Everyone in the office treated me with the upmost respect and I felt like I had someone in my corner the whole time. Not involved with a criminal charge per say but none the less the representation by Todd Nolan was very thorough and attentive. Of all the firms that gave me a consultation Todd spent the most time with me and had the best laid out and developed plan prior to even being hired. Of the 3 different law firms I retained to represent a family member in a criminal case, this was the best. Todd Nolan went above and beyond to gather certificates and achievements, letters of support, etc. to show the judge in the sentencing hearing that the defendant was an upstanding citizen, something I believe may have reduced his sentence by a couple of years.
