I recieved a paper in the mail from his office and almost immediately contacted him regarding my eviction case. I heard a lot of good things about his practice and was ultimately surprised at how OUR transaction went. He immediately asked about the monetary side of the case and wouldnt listen to me in regards to anything else. I was more than current on my rent and was dealing with an issue of Retaliation for exercising my tenant's rights, harrasment to the point of lying on legal documents and denying me services (Not fixing anything since I moved in). It was appalling how he cut me off and just wrote my case off as invalid. Maybe it was due to all of this happening during the holiday break or he had a bad day. No idea. I was eventually able to get approved by Legal aide and Fair housing. They saw my overwhelming evidence and have concluded that I did nothing wrong.
