I first contacted Perez & Malik back in 2014 to help me with my E2 application. Mr. Malik and his team guided me through the entire process, from forming the company and accumulating all the documents needed, to submitting the application and preparing for interview. In less than a years’ time, I was back in the US with my approved E2 visa, with little more than $10k in cash as investment (I did have some assets in the US and the company already had some clients).

By mid-2016 I married a US Permanent Resident, and P&M again helped me with the adjustment of status to Permanent Resident. Mid 2018 my wife became USC and by November I had my Green Card (Just 2 months after my final action date). Thankfully mine was a solid case, married for over 2 years with one kid and a house. Still it was a long and stressful process that P&M helped us navigate. The amount of paperwork (7 separate forms G-28, I-130, G-325A, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-508 & all supporting documents) and the sometimes-confusing requirements means this is one application I don’t want to do by myself. Mr. Malik and his team guided us throughout the application process, indicating which forms to fill and what documents to procure. They even advised us on how to maintain status so as not to forfeit the application.

IMO US immigration is purposefully complicated. Thankfully I found P&M when I did; there help has been priceless. I want to thank the staff at Perez & Malik, PLLC and special thanks Mr. Malik all his help and patience. I recommend you give them a call.

This review is on behalf of my uncle ( who is not a fluent English speaker or tech savvy) who now finds himself in a timeline longer than what the attorney originally told him. he was working with an LA he became familiar with and who provided him great attention to his case and answered any questions he had . within a few days of him being scheduled to meet w her to finalize the paperwork , he was informed he had a new Legal assistant because his previous assistant was no longer employed there. No one had bothered to give him a call to tell him of the change or explain why he had a new Assistant. Needless to say his case is now delayed some more (it took about 4 weeks after he paid the attorney to open his case for him to get a call from the assistant once his case was assigned). This is frustrating for us because we went off the reviews but firsthand we now know that they are not as reliable and that it’s mostly show to reel in customers. They are not the cheapest firm out there and for their lack of communication and rapid changes that affect paying customers like my uncle, my uncle wishes he had spent his money elsewhere.
