I see all these great reviews about the customer service pertaining to this law firm and I really wish I could say the same about them. However, it has been short of a nightmare. I call and beg for the lawyer in charge of my case to please call me back with any updates, I even ask for an email if they can’t call... yet I am left to wait and have to call again. I’ve been transferred to a paralegal that tells me what I already know (after just looking at notes and reading them out loud to me). I once again ask for the lawyer to contact me, they respond with a “Of course!” Then get forgotten as usual. I’ve left it alone for over 5 months, and I have yet to hear anything by call, letter, or email. I understand some cases may be really slow and can take time, but you keep your clients by establishing a solid connection with them. Something that Villarreal and Begum has failed epically at.
I’m sorely disappointed in them and just hope to never have to deal with them again once my case finally comes to a close. I’m sure they’re great people and do their job well but the lack of communication has really soured my experience with them.

I would like to start off by saying this is my first time ever writing a google review, however my experience was so compellingly immoral that I must post a review for others to beware of this place. I was in my first car accident which is where I was not at fault, had full coverage insurance, and the person that hit me had no insurance. I googled some lawyers and read the reviews and this place had the best reviews so I decided to go with this law firm. It is with great regret; this place was terrible!! Bianca Medina, Cassandra Mata, and Bryan Schoeppey where handling my car accident. From day one they advised me to check my portal, which never contained any relevant information. I called Cassandra Mata on countless occasions so I could speak with my insurance and she would never answer my phone calls or follow up with me. I would go by the law firm to speak with Cassandra because she had not returned my phone calls and I was instructed to make an appointment, which was impossible because she would ignore all my calls and emails. Bianca was not any better she, never followed me with me. They told me that I did not have PIP, which I do have PIP in my insurance policy. They where very unprofessional, did not return phone calls, or emails. In the end they dropped my case and never sent a letter or any form of notification that they where no longer representing me. I went by the law firm and they said Bianca was not there which I saw her walking in the back and they refused to give me a letter that they were not representing me anymore. I would give this place zero stars if I could, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Would rate this zero stars if I could. Worst staff and attorney I have ever worked with. Didn’t want me to get necessary medical treatment because wasn’t using their provider and because there is only “so much money.” I could go on and on but what is the point?

Its been a roll coaster experience with this Law Group and at first it was great. I was in a bad car accident about over a year ago and towards the ending of my case/settlement things really started going at an snail speed. They never paid attention to my medical bills and the other person insurance coverage at fault ($30,000) or even ME. I was only going to receive for my part of the settlement a few hundred bucks because my med bills almost went over normal person policy limit. I was out of work for about 6 months and barely keeping the lights on if it wasn't for my parents helping me out. After settlement was reach for the $30,000 they spent allot of time asking for Med Reductions to get me an fair amount. months went by... Finally I was told to fax some paper work over to signed for my part of the settlement. I believe it was 3 weeks and I called check on the statues of everything.At this point I got really upset because they said they never got the fax( I told the person to call me if you didn't receive the fax in the next hour like 3 weeks ago before she went on vacation) I went in person to sign the paperwork this time and I asked when I should get my check in... She said 2 weeks at first and she will call me when it comes in. I called a little over 2 weeks to see the statues of the check because i didn't get a phone call. I was told she still waiting from another office to send the check that it might take 3 week. I keep trying to get ahold of her leaving Voicemails every couple days to get the statues of the check...nothing after 3 more weeks. I called today on day 51 and got transferred to another person who "took over my file" she just told me to call the Head Office to find out my SELF. Its been over 51 days of not receiving my part of the settlement and still being snowball.

My Advise is to find another Law Firm who takes care of their people and has the time to legally server them.

I just wish I was informed how much coverage the other people had before we used it all on my medical maybe I could of used some of my personal insurance to cover some of the cost so we wouldn't max out the coverage and have to negotiate with the doctors to lower the bills so I can at least walk out with something in hand.
