You’re basically paying for his name on your case rather than paying for a lawyer who actually cares to get you the best outcome. Reset my court dates till he was paid off then went with the first offer without even trying to negotiate. Gave up my case because “it wasn’t a slam dunk”. I was given a penalty far worse than other friends who had a worse case than me. Aside from the thousands he charges for your case (supposedly a set fee) he even charges hidden 100 dollar fees for some of the court dates he shows up to. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
