As a business owner myself, I know reviews are important and I also work hard to train my team, inspire them to deliver good customer service and follow up with customers that are less than satisfied.

On the other hand, I do object that Jeffrey wanted more specific details and came across as more doubtful than apologetic. I provided the additional details he requested and hope they can use it to improve their future operations.

Speaking with other area attorneys, i was told that the Brei Law firm is a good firm that delivers good services to their clients. I regret we could not do business together.
