I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment. The lady answer the phone stat I should make payment then I able to schedule appointment with Mathew Greens. I never hear any law firm have this requirement to schedule appointment. I decide to go to another firm. That is really not professional.

I was in desperate need to find a very skilled, highly qualified attorney. My life was turned upside down in a moment's notice. Where as Jesse Evan Schoeder was introduced to me.
Jesse Evan Schoeder was definitely a God send to me and my family. She thoroughly explained to me what procedures were ahead of us. Believe me when I say to you that we faced near impossible challenges . She gathered very personal and precise information she needed. At times I felt like I was telling her too much. But I confided in her. She began strategizing and putting a plan together immediately. The work she put into our case was hours upon hours. It was if she lived this nightmare with us. She always had a plan and was well prepared for any hearing that was scheduled or not. Her entire team was with us in heart and fight till the end also. They were aligned with one another from start to finish. This grueling time was a struggle for my wife, myself and my children. We missed her dearly for the 20 months she was detained. If it wasn't for Jesse I feel the outcome would not have been possible. After 20 months she was released and returned home. Our family could not have been more thankful for everything Jesse has done.

If I can give this practice 0 Stars, I would. We were very disappointed with Jesse’s work. She did NOTHING for my moms case. They charge for EVERYTHING. If they call you, $50 charge, letter $100. Other charges, $25. I’m sure if I had to use the bathroom, they would charge too. They will do nothing for your case. NOTHING. I would stay away. This practice is all about money. Did nothing for my moms case. My moms case was CLEAN. My mom was a straightforward case. They did NOTHING. STAY AWAY.

I had an opportunity to pursue a Green Card, the possession of which would changer my status from B2 Visitor to Permanent Resident. The firm certainly knows the ropes when it comes to applications concerning adjustment of residence status. Matters are well explained and USCIS policies clarified with likely outcomes indicated. I don't ever write reviews or provide feedback on anything…I can honestly say this is the first time. But I had to share my experience if it helps others to decide whether or not to hire Matthew Green. Matthew assisted my husband’s criminal attorney in my husband’s criminal case. My husband was convicted of three felonies (Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4). This resulted in immigration placing a hold on him. My husband was to be turned over to ICE after he served his time. The criminal attorney was able to get the original convictions overturned and my husband was granted the option of a new trial or a plea offer to a Class 4 felony which would also likely have resulted in him being deported. I spoke to several other immigration attorneys who all said the same thing, my husband would be deported unless all of the charges were dismissed or he won in a new trial. Matthew Green was a former colleague of my husband’s criminal attorney and she suggested that I speak with him. I did and I am glad that I did. Matthew was able to suggest a plea offer to my husband’s criminal attorney which he knew would allow my husband to remain in the country. My husband’s criminal attorney presented this plea offer to the AZ attorney general’s office. The attorney general’s office said they would see what they could do. After months of waiting, we were told that they could not give my husband that plea offer. Matt then spoke to someone in the AZ attorney general’s office and after that one conversation, my husband was given the lesser plea offer less than a week later. My husband was released from prison a week after that and immigration released the hold they had on him and my husband was allowed to come home. Words cannot even express how grateful I am to Matthew Green, not only did he give me hope where others did not, he also gave my husband and I another chance to build a life together here in the US. I am eternally grateful for that.
