There are major quality assurance, communication impasses, and lack of proper decency in this agency's operations which deserve to be mentioned so as to have future clients avoid the time and effort to enlist their help. After answering a slew of questions upon initiating our consultation with them, we were told on Thursday, May 31, 2018 that we would receive a phone call within 48 hours so as to then speak to an attorney. We did not hear anything from their office, and we called them again on June 6th so as to discern what was the reason for their delay. The individual that answered was not able to identify the identity of the person that we had spoken to, and after consulting his computer, informed us that they had decided not to take our case without specifying a reason. A simple phone call informing us of this would have been the decent thing to do, but he hid behind the fact that there are many departments and that they do not talk to each other on these matters. This is terrible! A slew of commercials on TV should not confuse the populace of their attentiveness and concern for their clients, or lack thereof as in this case. This is not a quality operation!

We are at a large RV park & I can’t tell you how often I hear people say they wouldn’t call you because of your ad where you seem so angry & yell. It would be nice to see one where you give your information in a normal voice.
