Make the research and hire an attorney that acctually know the area he claims he practice, Will cost you less money to hire the right attorney! I lost my case because the lawyer did not apply the right statue on my case, the sad thing that I did the search myself and find out about it too late, I lost ten of thousands in lawyers fees and the trial, After I lost he sent me Email that he will be busy from next week in a new case, And that I have an open invoice to pay them.. What a nice attitude, Win/Lose do not matter any more. Before hiring an attorney see his knowledge about the law, Good lawyer will know Statues!!! And that what wins bottom line.
