Perhaps one of the greatest things to happen to me, in my life, aside from the birth of my son. Was getting the suggestion that I hire Somera & Associates for a traffic situation I had that was being blown way out of proportion! Not only did they get everything thrown out, but I didn't have to go to even ONE court appearance. I would have gladly paid them double and I told them that. They didn't take advantage of my willingness to pay and charged me a rate that I to this day can not understand why they were so good to me. Worst place every better off with a public defender

Very good experience! They made feel very at ease and I could continue on with my life without having to give second thought to my ticket. I was happy to receive a confirmation that my case was dismissed.

They’ve handled multiple tickets for me and have yet to receive points highly recommend.

Was given a ticket for dropping off my son across from his school, where there are no signs stating you cannot do that, and where everybody does the exact same thing everyday. They were not able to win that case, since I had to pay court costs on top of their fees. They subsequently tried to convince me that there are signs all over the place, although that could easily be disproved using Google Street View. Obviously, they did not believe what I told them or just believed the officer's account of what happened. I thought my lawyer was supposed to represent me, who new! In any case, I don't think they're very meticulous or organized. Now, if they cannot win that case, especially taking into account that I've not gotten a ticket in fifteen years, than they will have a heck of a time fighting any other type of tickets. I am 100% certain that I, myself, would've won that case, by just explaining the situation to the judge and pulling up the location on Google Street View, on my phone.

Hands down best traffic ticket attorneys! I have been hiring them for years now every time I get a ticket. They have reasonable fees, awesome customer service, and always resolve my tickets promptly normally be getting them dismissed and even without court fees most of the time. I originally was given a citation on October 25th after an accident and found an ad in my mail for Somera & Associates in my mail and I called. E.J. answered my call. He was soooo nice. He answered each and every question of mine (and believe me, I had a lot of questions!). He was so very patient. This case finally went to court in January. This law firm kept in touch with me all along the way. They called me to keep me updated, and I actually feel fortunate because if I ever get another ticket again - I know I will call them. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. My suggestion - CALL them and no one else if you get a ticket. Their prices are reasonable and their service is second to none.

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING MORE THAN A PARKING TICKET! We hired this team thinking we were getting the husband and ended up with his wife Jessica! She is incompetent all she did for 7 months was get continues after continues nothing more! Then told my daughter to pled guilty to a DUI and that it wouldn't affect her career as a nurse which is bull! My daughter was found sleeping in her parked car no keys in the ignition and she told my baby to just pled guilty. This is a case worth fighting! She said what they were offering was a deal when in reality it was exactly what is offered across the board for a first time DUI conviction! She lied to us! I believe she thought that we wouldn't research that we were some stupid African Americans. She made us feel this was our only choice. I just don't want anybody else going through this financially and emotionally. It really set us back! My daughter was so depressed she stopped eating. Now we have a new team of lawyers and every attorney we spoke to after Jessica said whay she did was bull! I'm planing to report her to the bar association. I just don't want anyone to suffer like we did! You want a attorney who will fight for YOU! This not the one!

I received a ticket for going a ridiculous speed over the speed limit. Michael and Jessica got it completely dismissed! No points. Nothing! I thought I was going to lose my license at the very least. I was Referred to Brian who is a family friend because I received a Ticket back in September for going 90 on a 65. The ticket was very costly. I wasn't sure if it would be dismissed but gave it a try just because I couldn't afford to receive anymore points.
