In 2016 my 86 year old mother was involved in a life threatening automobile accident. The driver of the other vehicle, licensed in another state, ran a light at a busy Tucson intersection and drove head-on into my mother's car. While that other driver walked away, my mother was immediately transported by first responders to the Banner University of Arizona Hospital where she underwent 5 hrs of emergency surgery to repair fractures in her cervical vertebrae. Based on a recommendation from a business associate of my brother, as we all lived out of state, we reached out to John Osborne. He met us at the hospital once my mother was out of recovery in the intensive care unit. From the first few minutes of that difficult conversation, I was certain that this was the lawyer we needed to guide us through the legal maze that we were about to enter. We were not disappointed. I was in a rear ended accident at 26 weeks pregnant and thrown into preterm labor.
