Pat runs the extra mile. She knows what she's doing. If she asks you to call her or email her at certain time, stop fidgeting with your smart phone and reply to her. This group of attorneys and their staff deserve a 5 star hands down. They represented me in a personal injury case after I was rear ended by none other than someone texting. I sustained enough injury that I'm 46 and had a total hip replacement. Needless to say the insurance company for the person that caused my injuries did nothing but try to find a reason NOT to compensate me for my injuries. But I called Findler and Findler for some advice and they started their hard work from day one to prove this woman has caused me a lifetime of pain. Starting with Arlene who was the first person I met of this amazing group and who has become a good friend, and Hebe who took the Bull by the horns and Brett who I met with and was just such a nice guy. This group fought for over a year to get what I felt was a reasonable offer considering I will always be in pain with my back and neck. Hebe and Brett refused to give up until I was compensated some how. Not impressed with this law firm at all! I was involved in a very serious automobile accident in which the driver of another vehicle ran a red light, hit my car, and flipped over. Unfortunately, both the other driver and myself were under-insured, and did not have high policy limits (admittedly my fault, as well). However, I would have still expected for my attorney to try to get the most for me and my injuries. I never spoke with an attorney! No one from the firm ever contacted me to see how this accident affected my life. They merely took the records from the treating doctors and submitted them to the insurance company. Of course, the insurance company offered a small amount because they had nothing to go by, except doctor's records. They did not know that I take care of my elderly father, elderly grandmother, and three kids. They did not know the pain that I endured in trying to lift my father when I could barely turn my head because of my neck injury. They did not know that I had to stop treating with my doctors because I didn't have any "sick leave" left at work, and could not afford to take leave without pay. None of this information was ever obtained by the attorney, and therefore was never passed on to the insurance company. It ended up that this firm made more money than I did (which was next to nothing after all bills were paid). I would strongly suggest for anyone to go to a larger personal injury firm who cares more about their clients.

For many years I have put off applying for SSD because I've been told how hard it is to get approved and that it takes many, many months or years to battle with SSA and be qualified. I just kept trying to work and getting fired and laid off for multiple sick days.. etc. After contacting Findler and Findler at the encouragement of my new doctor, I was approved in 68 DAYS!! I am assured by disabled friends that this short time span is highly unusual but I know it is because of the professional way in which it was handled by Pat Marsh and Lloyd Findler that my claim was handled in a such a quick and efficient manner.
