Mauricio Cepedo made me send an email to authorize the settlement and offer $3000 back since November and I’m still waiting for my money . Where is the money?? I called lawyer Andrew and they keep sending me to another voicemail every time I call . I will sue this lawyer to keep my money .

This is the wrost company I ever worked for. The file opener supervisor Zaidy was unprofessional did not train me correctly because she 9months pregnant. Next staff in charge was a girl name Aly who had a lot personal issues going on at home. I never got proper training and they where very rude and nasty to me. I was terminated due no knowledge of work. I had no rebuttal because the HR Debbie was in a meeting and never spoke to me. I feel like this company has their pick in choose of employee. Listen if you are not Spanish on my floor you will never succeed. I also filed paperwork with in attorney explaining this injustice and wrongful termination at Kanner & Pintaluga.

Worst experience ever. My wife had her car accident in 2018 when she was 38 weeks pregnant. The case just got settled a month ago then had to jump through loops to get her money. We lost more than we gained. Had better experience dealing with insurance companies. There was little to no communication and no one even bothered to ask how the baby was doing. Would NOT recommend.

(No my fault) they explained everything and assigned Ms LINA MARTINEZ as case manager I was sorprise for her professionalism and constat care comunicate updates often until the case setlement she is marvellous highly recommend also the fee were correct.

First they try to get me to agree to a 33% charge when I signed up for 25%. Then, they mail the check to the wrong address despite having my correct address on file. Prior to using them as an attorney, I worked for them for almost 2 years, so how do you mess up my address?!

I worked with Alexis Altman. You will not find a better personal and property damage lawyer than Alexis! We started working with Alexis on 3 different claims that were completely mis-managed by one of the PAs we were working with. Alexis had to decifer the past based on very limited documentation that was available. She worked very very quickly in understanding what had taken place and where the insurance companies stood in their position on the claims. She then quickly engaged the right people and process to get her engineers followed by the insurance companies to come back out to inspect the property damages so we could get traction on the claims. She continued to stay engaged with her providing us updates and she settled our three claims with payouts that we were extremely satisfied with in 3/4 months. These were claims that were sitting with the insurance company for over a year before we engaged Alexis. She is fantastic!
