I live outside Arizona, but needed local representation to resolve a post-decree child support dispute in Tucson in August 2018. I found BLG through Hyatt Legal Services and retained Lisa Benavidez and her team to represent me.

After considering the facts provided, she recommended that we try to settle, but our offer was not accepted and she appeared with me at the ensuing hearing. The matter was taken under advisement and both parties were ordered to submit briefs.

Handled my divorce, no kids easy property settlement that was final in January but inconsistent billing and final payment receipt still unresolved as of today. Made me feel like her fees were more important than my case. Made payment in full June 4th and I have been asking for a paid in full receipt since June 4th and not getting one.
