The law firm of Melissa Dacunha, I would highly recommend them hands down. Because I called the office regarding a property that I had rented and the landlord not only violated my rights but he also discriminated against me and refused to return my security deposit accusing me of violating my lease before I even moved in and changing the locks after receiving a substantial about of money from me and my family. I'm assuming the landlord figured he could rip me off a single mother of four kids but thanks to the this law firm they took action right away getting my deposit returned to me. They did something for me that many law firms wouldn't do and all from the heart of implementing justice to all from discrimination

I called The Law Office of Melissa Dacunha and was immediately greeted by a competent motivated attorney who asked me about my complaint and what I was hoping could be done. Basically I was getting scammed by a business that had already promised me a service. This service was not provided and my deposit was not going to be refunded. The man running the scam was very aggressive and would not even let me get a word in before hanging the phone up on me. An attorney with the Dacunha law firm was able to negotiate a solution that worked out to my benefit without having to go to a time consuming expensive trial. The Melissa Dacunha Law firm treated me like a valued client and customer and I appreciate their services.

I have worked with a few attorneys in the past, and have not encountered a professional like Ms. Dacunha. Unfortunately, my divorce has been a terrible experience for me and my kids but I was able to have someone protecting me and my assets at all times.
