I used Ian Bressler for a car accident in which I was hit from behind and was not at fault. I can attest first hand how aggressive he is in pursuing compensation for the clients he represents. For the sake of not being tacky I will not release the amount of compensation I received but it was quite substantial and I am very pleased with the outcome. It did take a little over a year to wrap up the case but from what I understand this is actually quite fast to have an injury case settled.
