He gets zero stars but I had to select one , where do I even begin with this guy , he took on my husbands chapter 13 case 7 years ago took our money and never completed it , put us in delinquency more times than I can count on one hand and wouldn’t get us out unless we gave him extra cash under the table , he took cash from us for 2 years because we were scared we would lose our case what he did to my family is unfathomable and he should not be practicing , run if you are smart I called the Florida bar and he has so many complaints starting back from 1998 if everyone steps forward we can do something about him research him please before hiring him he is just awful

I am a local realtor. Dan did an excellent job for both of my clients, that I referred him. Foreclosure cases & a bankruptcy. One was a very tough case. I am happy to say we just closed last week. Thank you again Dan for all that you have done...my clients & I cannot thank you enough. I will continue to refer clients to you, for now on.

Mr. Brinley should just stop taking on cases. He cannot even handle the ones that he has. If you actually get him on the phone, he will lie about sending you paperwork or about how he filed said paperwork. Once he realized what number you are calling from...he will no longer answer your calls. Horrible, Horrible man. You pay for his service and then he is gone. If I could afford it...I would hire a lawyer and sue him. Seems others are in the process of this. Stay away from this guy.

This attorney didn't file my bankruptcy and I lost my home. I'm a single mother with a 2 year old son and a sick father. I owned my home for 13 years, then all of a sudden I got an eviction notice giving me 4 days to get out of my own home. He is a FRAUD

Terrible. Caused pure havoc and ruin. He is a drunk and a liar. Check the bar association for complaints before you do business with this person!

Didn’t want to put a star at all. He is a scam!!! Lost our house of 16 years because of him!!! Takes your money and you never hear from him again!!!

Retained his services about 8 years ago and after giving his assistant requested paperwork numerous times (duplicates of documents they already had)I realized this guy was a fraud and had no intention of helping me get a loan modification and keeping my home out of foreclosure. Decided to contact bank and supply requested paperwork for loan mod myself (11 times !!!) and received a loan mod about 4 years ago and kept my house , no thanks to this crook!!

Despite my warnings , my ex wife just lost her house by putting her trust in this loser . She was assured by him that judge would grant a stay and she and her 9 year old son would be able to stay in the house. The very next day at 10:00am he calls her at work and tells her to get everything she can out of the house !!! This guy is a clown , stay far away !!!

As GOD is my witness. He has caused my family ruin. Run from that man.
