Attorney Grant Kaplan has helped our clients to find a way to legalization via various ways. We own a consulting company that helps Brazilian nationals to relocate to the US via specialized profession or investments. We have interviewed 4 other attorneys and Mr. Kaplan was most professional, knowledgeable and he treats his clients on individual basis with close attention to their specific needs. His fees are also very reasonable compare to the other attorneys who didn't take their time to properly explain the laws and the best options for legalization. His staff is also a great back bone of the practice and I would most definitely recommend this attorney to anyone who is looking for an honest, hard-working, genuine professional to take your case.

I went to this firm and told them my CASE and it was an easy case I feel like they took me the longer way maybe to get more money out of me am not sure I went to get refund they said no I asked to talk to a lawyer I talked to a different lawyer in the same firm and I tell him my case he says let's do it your way you are correct. Still no refund I payd 2500 for a waiver and to talk to 2 lawyers DON'T SAY I DID NOT PAY YOU ! I did it BY MYSELF and got my greencard already. Enjoy my 2500 dollars.

As frustrating and long winded the L1 VISA process was, it was made possible and bearable by the excellent service at Grant Kaplan. Even as I was nearing my wit's end as yet another RFE (Request for Evidence) was issued, Odila and Adam, handled it with aplomb. As experienced - it seems that L1 VISA's are harder and harder to come by but through sheer skill and persistence we managed.

I would recommend Grant Kaplan if you need help getting a VISA for the USA.

I would give 6 stars if I could.

My wife and step children just received their permanent residence visas! We owe a great deal of thanks to Grant and Keyla.

Keyla was very patient with us. We had questions....A LOT of them. She always found out the answers and got back to us. Making sure all documents were completed correctly, sending to us for proofing, and then getting everything submitted in a timely fashion.

But, please be prepared to be patient with the entire process. This is the government we're talking about after all. However, with Grant and Keyla's help, there were NO mistakes and NO re-dos needed.

Most law firms, once they get the money from you, stop communicating and you can never reach them to receive updates, which ruins customer experience and if the outcome is negative, their reputation goes down.

On the other hand, Grant Kaplan and his team have always been helpful to me and picked up the phone/scheduled an appt each time I had questions. They are prompt and make me aware of all the steps that are needed to be made. I am still in the process of fighting my battles and, so far, this law office has made me feel extatic about hiring them.

6 months ago Mr. Kaplan and his team took over my Immigration case, I thought it would be impossible for me to adjust my status since my case was denied. MR.
