I have read all the good and bad reviews about Terry McCreary and his staff good and bad reviews, but I'm going to talk about my experience and my friends and family experience with this Law Firm for the past 4 years. I have known Mr. McCreary for 4 years, I know his old and new staff, they have been a lot of help to me and my family and friend guiding us thru every step, really professional and always willing to help the clients resolve their problems. I have hired him for a couple cases traffic tickets, and drug charges, and all I can say is that Im really happy with the results, he fought for me in court regarding of my charges, he even got my felony charges to a misdemeanor. Its really hard to finding lawyers whom you can trust, its almost impossible. So if you are or have been in a situation where you really need a good lawyer then you know what I'm talking about. This is the only law office that has never tried to take advantage of me, so that's why I recommend all the people I know to them. They are solid, highly ethical, highly experienced. Definitely you should see him before you jump into any conclusions, sometimes people get mad because they don't get the results they want when they have done the same over and over. STAY AWAY!!!!
I was not going to post a review but after I read the previous review I just had to say something. I am a business owner who is educated and hired this firm. I experienced the same thing. In the past 2 months this office has gone mad! They do not answer your calls and when they do I have experienced this Marlen girl to be very rude and doesn't know what she is doing or how to even speak. And the Diana girl is just as bad. I use to deal with the other girl Sanea that works there and she was on top of everything. I never needed to talk to Terry. But with these 2 I asked and asked and left voicemails and nothing. I ask for Sanea and they keep telling me she's on vacation. They never answer your calls but they call and demand money from me twice and I told them I paid in full but you can't let me speak with my lawyer. And they just say ok I will have him call you. My case just keeps getting continued. I want it done so I can finally move on with my life! I even went in 3 times and the office was closed. My last court date Terry wasn't even there some other attorney who said he has no clue about my case and was just covering. I finally gave up and hired another lawyer who told me he has signed up a lot of Terry's clients in the past weeks. I knew something was going on. I looked Marlen up and I am at lost for words but it explains a lot about Terry and this firm and why he hasn't done anything on my case. Obviously, hiring this person speaks a lot about Terry and it is not good. Things are adding up to me now. I didn't even bother asking for my money back, I ran as fast as I can. Please people do not hire this firm!!! Waste of money!!!! Did nothing of what he promised me!!!
