After over 2 years of dealing with Claims Dept. for a Blue Cross medical insurance reimbursement, I contracted Mr. Burkett who immediately sent a letter to their Legal Dept. Guess what? My claims were settled and paid during the next month. I spoke with another law firm who required a deposit almost 5 times as much as Mr. Burkett charged to write the one letter. To start off, they wanted to research my claim history themselves, instead of just going by what I told them I had already done. Who knows how much of my deposit would’ve gone just for “research”? After that, there would’ve been an hourly fee that was equal to what Mr. Burkett charged me for writing his letter, which, as it turned out, was all that was needed.
